Dathan Nunn

Im 26 from all over western Canada. Started in Manitoba and slowly worked my way west to the beautiful ski town that is Fernie BC. I spent the last 5-6 years working in the logging/forestry industry, but now currently working for Teck Coal near Sparwood BC. Working for Teck is great as i have a 4 and 4 shift schedule which allows me to go work on my days off. My short term goal now is to work as hard as I can to pay off all my debts and fix all the financial "mistakes" i made in previous years. 3 years since I’ve made this profile! Sold my first rental, currently house hacking a second one as well as flipping my 3rd deal! Looking for someone willing to teach me the ins and outs of property management, BRRRR deals and land development!
