After 22 years of working as a premier painting contractor, I decided to leave my construction background behind and became a real estate investor. In 2005 I started flipping single family homes and buying rental properties. Right now I currently work with several investors and together we flip 8 - 10 houses a year! I also am a licensed realtor which gives me the freedom to research on my own and getting listings along the way also provides additional income.
