I’m a 40-something father of four, State worker, trying to get enough doors under my belt to leave my full time job one day. We own 3 SFHs, a four plex, and are looking for a 6-8 plex in 2022. I’m always open to connect with people, especially throughout Illinois. I love the BP podcasts, webinars, and books and am making an effort to be more active in the forums.
