I have been in construction and real estate for 20 years. I started buying and selling homes in NJ in 2002 with my wife. I moved to Charlotte NC area in late 2004 and started building single family homes with a custom home builder. I obtained my Residential Home Builders License in 2005 and started building homes on my own. Since 2005 we have really focused on our rehabs and how to make sure we can continue to be successful. We have become experts in our market In 2015 I started my venture into becoming a landlord, and thanks to BP I have been successful. We have noticed the need for quality turnkey rentals and property managers to manage them, so we decided this was our opportunity to do just that. Now in 2018 our companies are going strong. We specialize in rehabs and turnkey property management in the Rock Hill market. Experience: Over the last 20 years I have successfully built numerous new construction homes, rehabbed, flipped and rented. Started a property management company selling our turnkey renovated properties to investors. Today we currently purchase 2-3 properties a month. Real Estate Goals: Form relationships with investors who are like minded. Our goal is simple. Put the same effort into our projects as we would our own home. Do it right the first time.
