Prior careers in music, teaching and military are in the distant past as I pursue real estate investing , hoping to use "transferable skills" to make a success of this business. Located in NYC but looking to invest worldwide I've begun my search for my next home in the South- Fla. or Ga most likely. Looking for partners who may want to join me in both wholesaleing as well as minor rehabs for rental and/or resell purposes.
