Father of two little boys (Zackary & Dawson) and husband to a wonderful woman, MeiLing. I am a recent transplant to Houston (September 2019) and in January of 2020 I purchased my first rental unit in Atascocita which is cash flowing $250 a month after all costs, I moved relatively fast because I am driven to develop long term stability for my family which I suppose is my why. Since then I have completed 1 flip and have dove deep into building an understanding of modular construction as well as the local real estate market in the areas north of Houston (Conroe, New Caney, Willis). It is my intention in the very near future to develop a 5-6 duplex community using modular construction in order to shorten the development time and create a predictable standard that I can then apply throughout central Texas.
