We've been buying investment properties since 2004. Started with move-in-ready houses, and quickly moved to brrrr investing. We've bought and sold in a variety of ways. Learned from a lot of mistakes and thankfully did a few things right. Most of our investments are rentals that I self-manage. I'm still figuring things out, but do enjoy mentoring others.
