I was a Real Estate Property Manager who was not very good at his job. Well parts of it anyways. I was not good because I didn't know what I didn't know and that is okay. I tried to be everything to everyone. Did I go crazy or was I trying to be Superman. I thought I was doing good as I was lost in delusions. I have been diagnosed BiPolar and ADHD and was unmedicated. I was not a good steward. For all the harm that I may have and did cause I am sorry. I am medicated now. My ideas were not bad, the end user operating them was the end problem. I'm willing to forgive me - I hope you are too, but if not, that's okay too. I built a property management company from 0-150+ units in under a year by helping create creative deals. I had some friends that I was not friendly to as I was lost in my own sight in my own greed my own delusions. I didn't know that I was having them, the fate of being delusional.
