Grew up in the Black Hills of Rapid City South Dakota and about a 15-20 minute drive from Mt Rushmore. From there I moved to northern MN where I received my undergrad in Construction Management and in a round about way over about a 5 year time frame my journey took me to where I have lived since 2012 which is Houston TX. Currently a project manager within the Oil & Gas industry in arguably the most humid and flattest state around. I miss the four seasons back home which included snowboarding, ice fishing, snowmobiling, camping, 4-wheeling, and just about everything else that comes with the brisk fall mornings and heavy snowfall winter days. I'm a bit of a Draft Kings fantasy football nut and will gladly admit it. Football season is the best time of year for more reasons that I can probably fit in this introduction. Married in April of 2017 at the perfect age of 32. P.S. My wife helped me make my very successful Draft Kings spreadsheet.....you could say that's when I knew ha ha. Experience: Flipped one home local to my market and currently looking for more flips as well as long term holds. Real Estate Goals: To buy 3-4 properties a year for the next 10 years. Ideally, and in a perfect world, they would be made up of primarily multi-families of 2-4 units. Long term goal is 400 doors in 7 years through syndicating into large apartments. Currently Seeking: Currently looking for 2-4 unit properties outside of Houston as well as outside of Texas. Locally (Houston) I am seeking SFH rentals as well as more flip opportunities with 100% of those profits going towards buying 2-4 units out of state.
