I have owned a duplex since 1998 in San Diego. Will be 1031 exchanging to move to San Antonio. Update: 1031 Exchange got us 2 duplex's in the New Braunfels area that are 7 and 5 years old. And one brand new duplex in Seguin. Will be moving forward on rehab and hold, and or new builds north east of San Antonio.
