Dave Vona

I'm an electrical engineer by day and attempting to build a real estate portfolio of SFR, and small multi-family properties, on the side. I'm originally from Buffalo, NY but have lived in Colorado for over 25 years. I've participated in 5 flips, most of those with a business partner, and one BRRRR. My plan is to purchase rental properties in Omaha, NE using the BRRRR strategy. I've done a few flips, and plan to continue doing the occasional flip to generate additional capital to invest in the rentals. I'd like to meet other investors in Denver, Omaha and around the US that are using similar strategies to invest in real estate.
