About myself
My wife and I started our real-estate investment journey when we house-hacked a side-by-side duplex. We fixed up one side, then rented it out, moved into the other side, and did the same. After that, we were hooked! We just purchased our second investment property, and are looking for advice and possibly financing to make it happen.
