I'm a licensed real estate agent specializing in helping first time home buyers purchase their first home as an investment. There's such a unique opportunity in building a portfolio when you can move into the home. I also work with investors who currently own rental properties and are trying to buy more or consolidate. Sales and marketing have always been my passion. Originally from the Seattle area, I attended Central Washington University where I majored in business. Upon graduating I returned to Seattle and worked in corporate sales before getting into real estate. In 2012, my family started a real estate business that focuses on residential development and wholesaling rehab and rental properties to investors Our experience with rehabbing properties allows us to analyze and determine the most profitable transactions for our investors we work with.
