Rental Property Investor
I am born and raised in California. I grew up in Northern California (Santa Cruz), got my undergrad and graduate degree in the Central Coast (San Luis Obispo), and now I live with my wife in Southern California (LA area). I enjoy my job and I'm great at it too, but I am eager to take on a new challenge and create passive income so my wife and I can chase our dream... and I am determined to use buy and hold real estate to get us there!
