Hi BP! My name is Dave Christoffel and I'm an avid real estate investor from the Midwest. I've been researching, learning, and investing in real estate since the day I handed my last college rent check over, and haven't stopped since! I have some lofty goals, but life's too short to be just average. Outside of real estate, I'm in relentless pursuit of Nature's finest. I believe in a large dose of wild exposure, from fly fishing the Driftless streams of Wisconsin to hunting and hiking the snow capped peaks of the Western mountain ranges. Preserving, protecting and responsibly utilizing our environment is one of my passions, all for the higher goal of living a more sustainable life.
