I started in real estate making cold calls in the telemarketing department for a mortgage Brokerage in Seattle. Then I got my real estate license and became the #1 selling condo agent in my city my first year practicing as an agent. I have since let my license go inactive to focus on investing. Deals closed include short sales, owner finance, creating notes, lease options, sandwich lease options, subject to, wholesale of contract, rental buy and hold, cash deals etc. I would like to get into multi-family and mobile home parks... Right now I own sfr properties as well as my own home. Learning how to operate str's currently and having a blast!
