David Sandvig

David moved to Austin in 2014. He got back to Texas as fast as he could after graduating from the University of Wisconsin. While working for a local tech company that supports the oil and gas industry, he made his first investment in local real estate in 2015. He has bought and sold numerous properties over the years, and in 2021 he made the decision to focus on his real estate business full time. David is a member of the Violet Crown Sports Association cycling club recently serving as its treasurer. He and his wife, Martha, a UT pharmacy graduate, enjoy hiking and the outdoors. They are active in the Greyhound Adoption League of Texas rescue organization and share their home with Chuck, Flora, and the occasional foster pup. David’s passion for real estate and focus on details benefits both buyers and sellers.
