I am currently a restaurant owner that is looking to increase my income with real estate. I work way too much in the restaurant so passive income through rentals is the way I'd like to go. I have 9 units that I currently rent and am looking to add more. I also would like to get into flipping as my first house that I owned I fixed up and sold for a $40,000 profit. Not bad for a 23 year who didn't know the difference between fixed and variable interest rates!
