Hi BP! I am field service engineer by trade, but on June 29th, 2020, I also became a real estate investor! I now own my first 2/1 investment home, that cash flows great, with less than 5k out of pocket! I am planning to create an LLC to conduct my RE business, and begin direct mail campaigns in mid July, 2020.
