I've been involved in real estate investing since 1998 when I bought my first rental property. Currently I have 3 vacation rental properties in Rocky Point / Puerto Penasco Mexico. I currently do 3 to 4 flips a year and am trying to substantially increase the number of flips I do yearly. My goal is to do 20+ flips a year. I was a certified public accountant and have experience running large companies. I became Arizona real estate broker in 2004 and have sold over 450 properties. Most recently I have acquired my real estate license in Mexico so that I can capitalize on the growth of Puerto Penasco for investments.
