David Dawkins

I'm currently the Principal/Owner at Seven Bridges Real Estate Investments, Broker/Owner of Seven Bridges Realty Group and host of "The Professional Investor Podcast", which can be found on Itunes, Spotify and other podcast platforms. Prior to real estate, I completed my Masters in Business Administration while spending 10 years in corporate finance and sales. Throughout my 4 years in real estate I've been able to start and grow my investments from one single family rental to a portfolio of over $3.5M, and now focus on multifamily properties. I am also a licensed broker and owner of Seven Bridges Realty Group, a Jacksonville Multifamily Firm. We focus on small to medium size multifamily properties, offering both brokerage and property management services, including cost segregation, to our clients. Outside of Real Estate I enjoy playing golf, getting outdoors, and spending time with my wife Danielle.
