I have been a full time real estate broker and brokerage owner since 1994. I have been actively involved in real estate investment since 1997. My primary focus is buy and hold and buy and finance, land contract (creative finance) and auction flips. I also average 6 house flips a year as well. Former college athlete @ Marshall University football and Marshall graduate. Former fireman and nationally registered paramedic. Former high school football coach.
