About myself
I'm a river pilot with a relatively high income. At 62, I'm trying to establish passive income from real estate in order to establish a legacy for my family and enjoy life after my 'day job' is behind me. Looking forward to a day when I can work to make that extra cash needed to turn the next deal, instead of just hitting it on the regular rotation as I do now. I'm interested in maximizing profit in all aspects of real estate investing.
