I am an investor from LA County, California. After getting into real estate investing, I became increasingly interested in the financing side so I began to pursue a career in the mortgage industry. Being one myself, I pride myself on being able to relate to investors while helping them grow their portfolio through responsible financing. I specialize in both primary residences and investment properties through FHA/VA/Conventional Purchase/Refi loans. For investors with unique circumstances, I also work frequently with alt-doc programs.
