Hi, I’m David! I’m an investor focused on building a portfolio through value-add and multifamily investments. I purchased my first out-of-state investment property in 2023 and completed the acquisition, renovation, refinance, and rental process. I’m currently looking to scale into multifamily and connect with investors, agents, lenders, operators, and other professionals in investor-friendly markets. I’m particularly interested in value-add opportunities where I can create equity through renovation and forced appreciation while building long-term cash flow.
