I still hold a license in Maine and Minnesota although I shifted my focus away from insurance and to real estate in 2018. I currently am a partner in Atlas Homes, a property solutions company based in Maine that rehabs, resells, and rents properties. We are a company centered on helping bring new life and vibrancy to homes and neighborhoods through the work that we do and create win-win solutions for owners who may be in distressed situations. We are currently seeking more single and multi-family rehab projects in York and Cumberland county as well as looking to grow our list of likeminded private money lenders who value a conservative and professional approach to this business. I am also the Assistant Team Leader at Keller Williams Maine. In this role I provide leadership to one of the Top 7 KW franchises in the world. In 2018 our franchise created over $2.4 million dollars in owner profit, nearly 50% of which was shared back to our agents through our profit sharing system.
