Investor accountant with multiple multifamily investment properties looking to grow my portfolio and seek FI through passive real estate investments. Experience: I owned a condo in Chicago for 6 years before selling it and buying a 3 unit in Chicago to become a live-in landlord in 2015. I have co-owned/managed a 2 unit property (2 SF houses on one lot) since 2013 in San Diego, CA, a 19 unit apartment in South Bend, IN and a 9 unit in Berwyn IL. Real Estate Goals: Purchase several multi-unit investment properties in the Midwest in the next 10 years. Considering investing in vacation rentals in San Diego. Would like to partner with others in future deals. Currently Seeking: Searching for apartment buildings in the Midwest and and seeking like-minded investors, partners and mentors.
