David Flate

Hello. I am a native Los Angeleno working in Los Angeles as a residential real estate agent. I have been helping people buy and sell homes and condos since 2004. My background is managing a boutique law firm; owning and running a theatrical agency which represented actors and actresses for film and television and now happily using all that hard won knowledge to guide buyers and sellers through their home purchases and sales. I grew up in the center of LA and my office is in Beverly Hills where my license is hung with Douglas Elliman. I found Bigger Pockets via the podcast "The Best Real Estate Show Ever" and am looking at purchasing rental income producing 20-100 unit apartment buildings in C+/B areas around the Country. I am interested very much in out-of-state opportunities and looking to create relationships that are mutually beneficial.
