Hello, I am a Direct lender of non-recourse Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD, and bridge financing for multifamily properties nationwide. As a real estate professional I with national expertise and a vast network, I have the knowledge and resources to add value to anyone looking to navigate the multifamily space. As I continue to successfully address the financing needs for for clients I am exploring options on the equity and development side of the business which has allowed me to leverage my experience and my network in a new way to form strong and successful investment partnerships. As someone who appreciates meeting new people and talking about real estate, I would like to suggest a meeting with anyone who is interested. I am a former collegiate athlete, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Managerial Economics, and worked in Foreign Exchange and Hedge Funds prior to entering the multifamily real estate business. I grew up in rural Maine, went to college in Upstate New York, spent many years in Boston, and now reside in the Washington DC area. I enjoy playing ice hockey, snowboarding, golf and other sports, keeping up with my fitness training, cooking, and learning new things. I have many other intellectual interests such as evolutionary biology, physics, psychology, nutrition, history, and public policy.
