Hello everyone. I've been thinking about you real estate for a long time. I've been working the 9-5 alot and other things all good obviously. I've procrastinated for a long time about diving into real estate. The goal is 50 to 100 units over 5 years from commercial real estate along with any and everything in between as long as the numbers make sense for short and/ or long term income and/ profit. My goal is to buy and hold larger properties that I acquire that are upcoming and have potential to raise the value. Then do some heloc's down the road to pull some equity to purchase more properties and possibly sell some of my portfolio to acquire larger properties. I'm looking to Target the middle class in the rental market. I'm new obviously and looking to network and build a team and partners as be well as friends. I'm also looking for investors and people that where ones weakness is another's strength. I've waited to long so now it's time to build that empire.
