Hello! I am new to Bigger Pockets and am interested in learning how to analyze rental income deals in the upstate of South Carolina. I am originally from Norcross, GA and currently live in Greenville, SC where I have been living since graduating from Clemson University in 2013 (Go Tigers!). My career has been in the Financial Planning industry where I work at PlanFIRST, Inc. as a CFP® professional helping clients walk through their personal finances. I am not interested in a second career, but am looking for ways to use my extra time (while I still have it!) to increase income streams for a better financial future.
