I used to live in the Dem. Rep. of Congo working as the CFO at a non-profit Hospital. I have a wife and 2 young girls. Started investing in real estate with my dad in July 2014. He was living in the Chattanooga area so we started investing there getting loans in his name and splitting the costs 50-50.
