Mentored and trained in all aspects of the industry, from land use and planning, acquisition, sale, distressed property acquisition and resale, for sale by owner, tax sales, estate sales, entitlements, and construction, flipping, funding, money lending, and others real estates area. The Company’s founder had a net worth in 2007 around $30,000,000 *(Ultra High Net Worth Individual) and has managed around $100,000,000 in assets over the past 25 years. The founder is a developer with more than 36 years of experience in all aspects of the industry, from land use and planning, acquisition, sale, distressed property acquisition, and resale, for sale by owner, tax sales, estate sales, entitlements, engineering, political planning, and positioning, to construction. He has managed assets located primarily in Nevada, Utah, Minnesota, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Arizona and Texas. He has knowledge of self-directed IRA and 401K Funds and the use of IRA and 401K LLCs for the purchase and resale of properties and Asset Protection. He has extensive knowledge in software system design and management for real estate. He operates The Greenlight. The Estates Real Estate Group is a company that tracks distressed properties in any given state. We provide you with a constant feed of properties that you can buy, renovate, rent, or flip. We have private lenders who can lend you money for flipping homes, building homes, and developing Real Estate. We also have institutional lenders who can fund your construction projects. Our main core business is providing properties and lenders and brokers to you so you can buy, renovate, and flip homes in volume. Our buyers pay 12% interest and 3.75 points to their investors. We have many employees that work full time to pull in the best deals with best spreads and returns. We are looking for solid flippers and lenders.
