Having recently stepped away from private practice after 8 years as a real estate/real estate finance attorney in San Francisco and Tokyo, REI is no longer my job - but it remains my passion. The success of our clients tipped me off to the power of REI as a tool for building freedom and wealth, and I jumped in head-first in 2015. I'm a huge fan of BP - which was the direct link to me picking up property in Japan and in the US. Always happy to network, answer questions or just chat REI. Currently looking to expand my buy&hold portfolio, and to continue to partner with my team (all BP-ers) to maintain and grow our JV projects.
