My goal is financial freedom. I want more of my time. Along with my solid W2 I seek to build wealth with real estate. Thankfully I was able to work with an investor from 09'-13' while I finished school. I helped this investor to acquire, rehab and manage a portfolio of 30 units. I believe in meditation, prayer, affirmation and visualization. My goal this year is $5000 net cash flow from my properties. Lets help one another.
