I've lived in the Houston area for the past 35 years and have worked in the commercial mortgage loan servicing industry for 20+ years. Focusing on servicing CMBS and Multifamily Agency debt. Experienced with underwriting commercial and multifamily transactions and legal document analysis and abstraction. Interested in getting involved in the investor side of the business to develop a passive income stream to prepare for retirement.
