Driven, motivated individual looking for my first handful of deals to establish and grow a rental portfolio! Currently a District Manager for a major retail chain and passionate about the aspect of business ownership. My main desire with REI is to transfer these skills into my own personal growth. I'm interested in working on SFH opportunities in Northern IL and the Chicago suburbs. I'm planning on buying properties that are priced low in decent neighborhoods with the intention of BRRRR'ing to fund the next purchase. My main financial goal with REI is to purchase a minimum of 2 houses per year with the intention of hitting financial freedom in 7 years, at which point I can pursue growth of my portfolio full-time. I'd eventually like to move into large multi-family investing for greater growth opportunity.
