Grew up in Southern CA and migrated up to Northern CA to work in tech. Purchased my first SFH and house hacked until I got married and had kids. Currently renting my previous primary residence and have taken part in some syndications. Looking to learn more about MFAs and STRs as these are the strategies that most interest me. Experience: Purchased my primary residence and house hacking to help cover the mortgage. Real Estate Goals: Looking to earn some supplemental income with a buy and hold model and slowly grow a portfolio of rentals. Could also be interested in partnering on a flip with the right partner.
