I’ve spent more than 25 years in the lending industry helping borrowers and real estate investors navigate financing without making it more complicated than it needs to be. Today, I specialize in financing for real estate investors, with a particular focus on DSCR loans, rental properties, short-term rentals, multifamily properties, and alternative financing solutions. I work with investors on both purchases and cash-out refinances and enjoy finding solutions for deals that don’t always fit neatly into the conventional lending box. I’m a big believer that financing should be part of an investor’s strategy—not something they start thinking about three days before making an offer.
