My wife and I are Australians that live and invest in the USA, hence our company name Aussie Properties, in addition to this we run Boomerang Properties, which is a team that works with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. Our team consists of Licensed Realtors and a Licensed Builder. Together we offer a full range of Solutions from Sales, Renovations and Rejuvenation. We own rental properties, we flip properties and we help people maximize their investment and returns in properties. Experience: We had properties in Australia, we fixed and flipped them and also held and rented. Now that we are in the US we are keen to get back in and are having a great time doing this. As of October 2016 we have purchased our 1 fix and flip, a 7 plex Apartment complex, a 14 Apartment complex that has a building needing a total rehab (4 apartments) and a Holiday rental Cabin in 3 states of the US so far. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to achieve 50 doors in the first 12 months, then expand our Rental properties to 200 doors in year 2, we also want to fine tune and develop our fix and flip and rental business, I have been focusing on setting up our Property Management side of the business to be as hands off-cloud based, as possible by developing a Way Of Working that will allow us to manage our Properties throughout the US, in-house as opposed to using other 3rd party management companies.
