Just a novice in real estate and general investing. At the moment, I have only 1 property as a rental investment property in San Antonio, invest in alternative assets, crowdfunding and fractional shared based investments, and mutual funds. Here on BP to learn and ask for advice on occasion. I'm not affiliated with any company. Anything I post is simply sharing knowledge I have come across. Pardon me if it appears to somehow violate posting rules, it wasn't my intention, I guess just the way I worded/structured the information unfortunately.
