My day job job is in commercial construction in the PDX area. I have 1 successful SFR rental with more to come. I'll meet my goals by developing of diverse portfolio of appreciating and cash flowing assets including SFR, 1-4 unit MF, and large MF. My goals are to 1) Be generous towards others, 2) Flip the script of wealth in my family for generations to come, & 3) retire early from my day job (as much as I love my day job, I'd much rather spend time with family and friends, volunteer, and travel the world.)
