I am a buy and hold investor and own 3 properties where I have built ADUs on as an owner builder. I recently obtained my B-2 Remodeling contractor's license and have started my construction company: Sweat Equity Construction. I am currently focusing on growing my construction company with the intent to obtain a General Contractor's license and specialize in ADU development. I am interested in Joint Venturing with other investors that need a reliable contractor to manage fix and flips and build ADUs. My company is Veteran owned and operated. I Reached Financial Freedom with 3 properties (total of 7 units with ADUs). I performed the majority of the work myself and GC'd the work I could not perform. I love everything about building and remodeling, which is why I want my GC license. Through my investing journey, I discovered my passion for construction. Construction is the craft that I want to master. ADU (Accessory Dwelling Units) I believe ADUs are the future and they will revolutionize the investing game.
