Hello. I have worked in the petroleum/chemical field since '96 but I am an entrepreneur at heart. I didn't even realize that until I started my 1st business in 2013. I fell in love with it. In addition, my "handyman" mind set led me to the idea of buy & hold properties injected with a good bit of sweat equity as a form of long term retirement income. That's when I started my real estate LLC in 2015. I'm now ready to focus less on the handyman side and more on the wise investing part of the equation in order to free up my time for my 4 children.
