You could say my investment career started with a successful house hack in 2012. Next was a primary residence purchase in 2018, later converted to a rental property. Honestly most of my success has come from good market timing and luck. Now I'm ready to elevate my investment game. I've amassed a good amount of equity in my properties and I'm currently poised to put it to work in a higher-performing rental investment and go from there. Seeking out-of-state markets, possibly Ohio, Texas, or Florida.
