David Martin

A Houston, Texas native who realized a little later in life that his weird combination of interests such as personal finance, woodworking, drawing floorplans as personal hobby art and being a volunteer home builder, just might all make sense, and might earn a nice living, if he applied them to REI. Married to another Texas native, who has lived in Austin and Houston, who has recently realized that hacking some housing for a few years is a small price to pay for living the life she has always really wanted. We are both interested in utilizing BRRR and House Hacking strategies for our first few properties, and are open to working with those that can support such things.
