I'm creating systems, and beginning to network! I'm house hacking my primary, living for free. JV'ed a BRRRR in Apopka, doing the rehab ourselves. Currently in talks with the neighbors to buy their house off market and house hack it plus my current primary. In the meantime, my lovely fiance and I are living on her income and saving mine. Currently absorbing as much Real Estate literature as I can. Attend the BP meet up group in Orlando. Long-term goal is to be able to enjoy travel and my myriad of hobbies. My future children's lives is very important and I want to be able to provide a great life for them, without the stress of a 9 to 5. Acknowledging my ignorance and keeping an open mind whilst I learn of different ways to achieve financial freedom. I'd like to retire at age 40.
