Real estate investor from the Quad City Area which consist of 2 cities on Illinois side and 2 cities on Iowa side. Been doing this for about 10 years and have acquired 20 rental units with 2 flips under my belt. All while still working a normal 9-5 job. But hopefully not for much longer.
