I am not sure the profile here using contractor aptly describes what I do or who I am. Currently I am focused on building new single family homes for investor buyers and helping them make those investments profitable by helping with long term warranties, favorable financing terms, and property management. I have been involved in real estate since 2004 and have wholesaled, done retail flips, turnkey rental flips, hard money lending, and currently focus on new construction build to rent. I have been involved in several hundred transactions. At one time I was buying 5+ homes per month to fix and flip. Now I build at least that many. Building and flipping turn key properties has led to my company branching out into investor finance, especially for foreign buyers buying investment property in USA, and can help with construction capital, portfolio loans and hard money loans for US investors. I am always open to helping out new investors with free advice as I had lots of free mentors when I first started. The business has carried me over into being a land developer and am launching townhome communities and new subdivisions in Tipton County in TN as well as the northern part of Shelby County, TN. Experience: I have extensive experience wholesaling, flipping and building. I started out in Memphis, TN and currently am an an investor in Omaha, NE while mainly providing build to rent new construction for other investors.
