Retired Navy pilot excited to learn and grow as a real estate investor. Our first two investment properties were from converting our primary residences purchased with VA loans. Our second and third properties are multi-families found through the MLS. We completed extensive rehabs on an 8-unit property and a cabin in Gatlinburg, TN. As well as built a new cabin outside of Pigeon Forge. I love the idea of creating financial independence through cash-flowing rental properties.
